Dear customers, Unfortunately, we have recently experienced an increasing number of cases in which ordered packages are not being picked up from the parcel shop on time. Thanks to our efforts and precise logistics, we have recently experienced an increasing number of uncollected packages. After a 10-day wait, these returns place an additional burden on our company, both in terms of time and financial resources. In order to continue to offer high-quality service and minimize the resulting costs, we have decided to charge a small fee of €2.50 for repeated deliveries (if requested by the customer).
