Return label – easy and convenient returns 📤

🫴 That's why we offer you the option of purchasing a return label directly from us. We charge a small fee of €2.50 for this service.
The fee will be automatically deducted from your refund amount, so you don't have to worry about anything else.
☝️ Please note that all returned goods must be unused.
| 🤏 If we discover that products such as coffee, tea, or other items have been used upon return, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly. This way, we can ensure that all customers receive only flawless and unused goods. |
| Example : If you return coffee worth €36.49, the €2.50 return label fee will be deducted, resulting in a refund of €33.99. If any of the product in the package has been used (e.g., 1 coffee per 3g), we will additionally deduct €0.50 for each product used, resulting in a final refund of €31.49. |
