Please do not send the goods to us freight collect.

Please return the goods as a prepaid parcel to the specified return address and keep the delivery receipt.

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.

If possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging and outer packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging or outer packaging, please use other suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages resulting from inadequate packaging.
