Duration of use and time
The tape is easy to use. It is applied to the neck or forehead area and has a wear time of 8-24 hours. It is recommended to apply the tape to clean, dry skin before going to bed.
How to use
Cleanse and dry your skin before using the pineal gland patch. Then apply the tape to the neck or forehead area. It's important to apply the tape by pressing it firmly onto a stable surface. For optimal results, we recommend using the patch overnight. Carefully remove the tape after each use.

Wir möchten, dass deine Bestellung schnell und zuverlässig bei dir ankommt. Deshalb arbeiten wir mit DHL als unserem Versandpartner zusammen.

Unsere Pakete werden von Montag bis Freitag täglich zwischen 14:00 und 14:30 Uhr abgeholt.
Annahmeschluss für den Versand am selben Tag:
Bestellungen, die bis 13:00 Uhr eingehen, werden in der Regel noch am selben Werktag versendet.
Lieferzeit:
Der Versand erfolgt mit DHL und dauert in der Regel ca. 3 Werktage innerhalb Deutschlands.
Bei Fragen zum Versand oder Lieferstatus steht dir unser Kundenservice jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung.
Rückgabebedingungen
Du hast das Recht, deine Bestellung innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware gemäß dem Fernabsatzgesetz zu widerrufen und zurückzusenden.
Bitte beachte dabei folgende Bedingungen für eine reibungslose Rückgabe:
1. Zustand der Ware:
Die zurückgesendeten Artikel müssen sich in ungeöffneter Originalverpackung befinden und vollständig mit sämtlichen Verpackungsbestandteilen retourniert werden.
Da es sich bei unseren Produkten um Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, Kaffee, Tee und natürliche Gesundheitsprodukte handelt, können wir geöffnete, benutzte oder konsumierte Artikel aus hygienischen und gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht zurücknehmen.
2. Rücksendung und Kosten:
Für deine Rücksendung stellen wir dir gerne ein Retourenlabel zur Verfügung.
Dafür berechnen wir eine pauschale Rücksendegebühr in Höhe von 2,50 €, die direkt vom Erstattungsbetrag abgezogen wird.
3. Teilweise Erstattungen:
Sollte bei Rücksendung festgestellt werden, dass Produkte geöffnet, angebrochen oder verwendet wurden, behalten wir uns vor, den Erstattungsbetrag entsprechend zu reduzieren.
